Scope

This policy applies to access to WCAI's website, publications, search and downloadable resources, and to correspondence sent through its email links. It forms part of our Terms of Service. The website does not currently operate visitor accounts, AI model services or APIs. Separately agreed consulting and implementation work has its own terms and operating controls.

Permitted use

Read, cite and discuss publications, use resources for lawful internal analysis within the permissions in our terms, and send relevant inquiries or corrections. Respect the sources, resource notices and the rights of other people and organisations. Critical discussion of our arguments and evidence is welcome.

Protect the website and other readers

You must not:

  • Attempt unauthorised access, evade access controls, interfere with website delivery or impose unreasonable automated request loads.
  • Use the website or correspondence for fraud, phishing, malware, threats, harassment or other unlawful activity.
  • Impersonate WCAI, its contributors or another organisation, or misrepresent a publication as an endorsement or certification.
  • Remove attribution, violate a resource licence, infringe rights or redistribute material beyond the permission granted.
  • Send personal data or confidential records that you lack authority to disclose.

Use decision resources responsibly

A worksheet, checklist or framework does not authorise an automated decision, a transfer of personal data or a change to a financial system. Establish your own applicable requirements, accountable owners and review arrangements. Verify assumptions, calculations and outputs before acting. Do not describe fictional examples as measured results or present a completed template as WCAI approval.

Search terms are part of website request URLs. Keep credentials, personal records and confidential information out of search and initial correspondence. If an engagement needs sensitive material, agree a suitable transfer and handling process first.

Security reporting

Report a suspected website vulnerability to hello@worldcouncil.ai with the affected page and the minimum information needed to understand it. Do not include exposed credentials or personal records, access other users' data, disrupt service or continue exploitation. This invitation to report a concern does not authorise penetration testing.

Response to misuse

We may investigate reports, restrict abusive access and preserve relevant technical records where lawful and necessary. We may respond to lawful requests from authorities. Personal data handling remains subject to our Privacy Policy. This policy does not imply that the website inspects model inputs, filters AI outputs or runs visitor analytics.
